Take What You Need — Session #1: The Woman Wound
This first session in our Take What You Need workshop series invites you into a thoughtful, guided exploration of the woman wound—not from a mother-daughter lens, but through our lived experiences with other women.
Together, we’ll unpack how jealousy, envy, comparison, competition, and mistrust are learned responses, shaped by social conditioning, scarcity, and survival—not personal failures. We’ll explore why these emotions show up, how they’ve protected us in the past, and how they quietly influence our relationships, self-worth, and sense of belonging.
Through facilitated discussion, reflective writing, and interactive group exercises, participants will be invited to gently examine their own patterns, release inherited beliefs, and reclaim a more compassionate relationship with themselves and other women.
This is not a space for fixing or forcing healing. It’s a space for noticing, softening, and choosing differently—at your own pace.
✨ What to expect:
Guided conversations and grounding practices
Reflective journaling and paired sharing (optional)
Tools to reframe jealousy and envy as messengers
A closing release & reclaim ritual
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to show up as you are and take what you need.
